Terms of Service

    Effective date: 13 July 2026

    These Terms govern your use of Continua AI (the “Service”), provided by TRADEOS PTE LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

    1. What Continua does

    Continua is an AI-assisted workspace for analysing large documents and datasets, producing reports, and tracing statements back to supporting evidence. The Service may include long-running tasks, citations, evidence lineage, and connections to third-party systems.

    2. Accounts

    You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, keeping your account secure, and all activity under your account. If you use Continua for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

    3. Your data and our trust commitments

    You retain ownership of the documents, data, prompts, and other material you submit, as well as your rights in the resulting reports. You give us only the limited permission needed to process that material to provide, secure, and operate the Service.

    • We do not store your attachments after a task completes. They are deleted once the task is complete.
    • You may request deletion of your account and task data at any time.
    • We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not permit our AI service providers to use it for model training.
    • We do not sell your data.

    You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit material to the Service. More detail is available in our Privacy Policy.

    4. Acceptable use

    You may not use the Service to:

    • break the law or violate another person’s rights;
    • upload malicious code or interfere with the Service;
    • gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data;
    • misrepresent AI-generated content as verified fact; or
    • resell or copy the Service without our permission.

    5. AI-generated results

    AI-generated reports and citations may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs and checking their supporting evidence before relying on them. Continua does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice and should not be the sole basis for high-impact decisions.

    6. Fees

    If you purchase a paid plan or credits, the price and billing terms shown at checkout apply. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, fees already paid are non-refundable. You may cancel a recurring plan before its next renewal.

    7. Our service and intellectual property

    We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while you comply with these Terms. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, including during the MVP period.

    8. Disclaimers and liability

    The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, business, or data. Our total liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

    9. Suspension and termination

    You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

    10. Governing law and changes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the updated version here and give reasonable notice of material changes.
