    This Privacy Policy explains how TRADEOS PTE LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Continua AI.

    1. Information we handle

    • Account data: your email address and login or authentication information.
    • Task data: your prompts, task settings, generated reports, citations, and related task history.
    • Attachments: documents and datasets you submit for a task.
    • Service data: basic device, browser, usage, security, and error information needed to operate and protect the Service.
    • Payment data: subscription and transaction details. Full payment card details are handled by our payment provider, not by us.

    2. How we use information

    We use information only as needed to:

    • provide document analysis, reports, and evidence lineage;
    • create and secure accounts;
    • process payments and provide support;
    • maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the Service; and
    • comply with law and enforce our Terms.

    3. Our data commitments

    • Attachments are temporary. We use attachments only to perform the task you requested. We do not store them after the task completes; they are deleted once the task is complete.
    • No AI training. We do not use your account data, task data, or attachments to train AI models, and we do not permit our AI service providers to use them for model training.
    • No sale of data. We do not sell or rent your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

    4. Service providers and disclosures

    We share information only with service providers that help us run Continua, such as cloud hosting, AI processing, authentication, email, and payment providers. They may process information only to provide their services to us and under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.

    5. Retention and deletion

    Attachments are deleted once the relevant task completes. We keep account and task data for as long as needed to provide the Service or meet legal, security, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and task data at any time by emailing us from the address linked to your account. We will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

    6. Cookies and local storage

    We use cookies and browser storage needed for sign-in, security, preferences, and core product functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

    7. Security and international processing

    We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure. Because our service providers may operate in different countries, information may be processed outside Singapore with appropriate safeguards.

    8. Your choices

    Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify your identity.

    9. Children

    Continua is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

    10. Changes and contact

    We may update this Policy as the Service changes. We will post the updated version here and give reasonable notice of material changes.
