    This Privacy Policy explains how NEXT LOOP, INC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Continua AI.

    1. Information we handle

    • Account data: your email address and login or authentication information.
    • Task data: your prompts, task settings, generated reports, citations, and related task history.
    • Attachments: documents and datasets you submit for a task.
    • Project Room data: Room names, uploaded documents, saved text and notes, file names and details, and version history. This also includes Room ownership, team and member information, sharing and access settings, and activity history.
    • Connected app data: information about apps you connect to Continua, including MCP clients, the permissions you grant, and connection and activity history. We also handle the requests, searches, files, text, and results you exchange through those apps.
    • Service data: basic device, browser, usage, security, and error information needed to operate and protect the Service.
    • Payment data: subscription and transaction details. Full payment card details are handled by our payment provider, not by us.

    2. How we use information

    We use information only as needed to:

    • provide document analysis, reports, and evidence lineage;
    • store, organize, search, and retrieve Project Room knowledge and support file updates and recovery;
    • connect apps you choose and carry out your requests through them;
    • create and secure accounts;
    • process payments and provide support;
    • maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the Service; and
    • comply with law and enforce our Terms.

    3. Our data commitments

    • Task attachments are temporary. We use task attachments only to perform the task you requested. We do not store them after the task completes; they are deleted once the task is complete. Files and text saved to a Project Room are retained for ongoing use, as described below.
    • No AI training. We do not use your account data, task data, attachments, or Project Room data to train AI models, and we do not permit our AI service providers to use them for model training.
    • No sale of data. We do not sell or rent your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

    4. Service providers and disclosures

    We share information only with service providers that help us run Continua, such as cloud hosting, AI processing, authentication, email, service analytics, and payment providers. They may process information only to provide their services to us and under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.

    When you use a connected app, the information you request through it, including Room information, file contents, and search results, is shared with that app. Your Room sharing settings determine which members or link visitors can access your content. Third-party apps handle the information they receive under their own privacy policies.

    5. Retention and deletion

    Task attachments are deleted once the relevant task completes. We keep account and task data for as long as needed to provide the Service or meet legal, security, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account, task, and Project Room data at any time by emailing us from the address linked to your account. We will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

    Project Room files and saved text remain available for ongoing use until removed. Earlier versions and removed files may be retained for a limited recovery period. We keep connection, usage, and security records as needed to operate and protect the Service and meet applicable obligations. You can revoke a connected app's access through your account. This does not delete your Room data or copies already received by that app.

    6. Cookies and local storage

    We use cookies and browser storage needed for sign-in, security, preferences, and core product functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

    7. Security and international processing

    We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure. Because our service providers may operate in different countries, information may be processed outside the United States with appropriate safeguards.

    8. Your choices

    Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify your identity.

    9. Children

    Continua is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

    10. Changes and contact

    We may update this Policy as the Service changes. We will post the updated version here and give reasonable notice of material changes.
